The following services are needed Ensuring carriers are clean, disinfected and ready for pawsengers Securing all related travel paperwork to carriers Marking carriers and luggage for the proper destination Confirming reservations and check-in documents Providing TLC to our pawsengers before boarding the plane Walking, cleaning, feeding, watering and administering medication to pawsengers when needed Assisting in-flight pet attendants with loading and unloading pawsengers onto plane, (pets will be in their assigned carriers) Monitoring pawsengers and reporting behavior before flight to in-flight pet attendant Communicating to in-flight attendant about pawsengers needs during flight Attending training when necessary Providing assistance to pilots when needed Maintaining a clean and functional lounge Providing courteous and professional attention to pet parents Being on call when needed Answering customer service calls and email inquires.
